What we do
We read the manufacturer label on the door edge, match the model, size and color, and order the panel. Installation is one visit: remove the old section, install the new one, transfer hinges and rollers, re-balance.
For a wind-rated door, the replacement panel has to keep the rating. We check that too, because a mismatched panel can cost you on your wind mitigation report.

When a panel isn't worth it
If your door is over 20 years old, the panel is discontinued, or two or more panels are damaged, a new door is usually the smarter choice. And if your door has no wind rating, replacing a panel keeps an unrated door. We show you both options side by side.

When the manufacturer still makes it, yes. Colors can differ slightly from a sun-faded door; we can paint to match if needed.
Small, shallow dents sometimes can be pushed out. Creases and cracks can't; they weaken the section.
