What we do
When you call after hours, we ask three questions: is the house secure, is anyone or anything trapped, and is the door at risk of falling. If the answer to all three is no, we'll tell you it's safe to wait and book you first thing in the morning.
If it can't wait, a tech comes out with a stocked van. Most emergencies (springs, cables, off-track doors) are fixed in that same visit.
